Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and cricket bats remain in their protective sleeves.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
